This privacy policy defines the procedure and the use and protection of personal data by ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o., based in Szczecin, as a data controller.

Scope and purpose of data processing: ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. processes the personal data of its clients and job seekers exclusively for the purpose of executing contracts for job placement and personnel consulting. Personal data shall be processed in a manner consistent with applicable laws, in particular the RODO.

2. Data processed: ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. processes the following personal data of its clients and job seekers: name, e-mail address, telephone number, position, qualifications, work experience, education, salary and other data necessary for the performance of services.

3. Legal basis for processing: ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. processes the personal data of its clients and job seekers solely on the basis of:
-a contract for the provision of services,
-consent of the data subject,
-legitimate interests of the administrator.

4. Recipients of data: ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. transfers personal data of its clients and job seekers only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract of job placement and personnel consulting.

5. Period of data processing: ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. retains the personal data of its clients and job seekers for the period of performance of the contract for job placement and personnel consulting and for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

6. Rights of data subjects: Individuals whose data is processed by ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. have the right to:

-request the deletion of their personal data,

7. Consent to processing of personal data: By accepting this privacy policy, I consent to the processing of my personal data by ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. for the purpose of executing the placement agreement.

8. security of personal data – ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. is committed to ensuring an adequate level of security of personal data, including protection against accidental or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.

9. Notification of data security breach – in case of a breach of personal data security, ADLER HR GROUP Sp.z o.o. is obliged to immediately notify the supervisory authority and the data subjects.
